It’s no secret. Brazilians are passionate about the beach. It is their center of entertainment and relaxation, and anyone who’s ever been to Brazil will tell you there is nothing like it anywhere else in the world! | Ipanema Beach |
Ipanema is our choice as the coolest beach of Rio de Janeiro. This beautiful beach is the playground for some of Rio’s sexiest and most elite locals. Ipaneama is full of great restaurants and upscale shops.
The best spots to chill in Ipanema are between Posto (lifeguard post) 9 and Posto 10. This is where you will find the party side of the beach, where the music will be blasting and will be full of beautiful young scantily clad bodies. You will also find surfers hitting waves at Ipanema. If you don't know how to surf, contact us and we can provide you with lessons.

| Barra do Pepe Beach |
Barra do Pepe Beach is our second choice as Rio's top beaches. It's about a 20 minute drive from Copacabana and Ipanema. The taxi ride will cost you between 30 - 40 reals, but it's totally worth it. Pepe beach is very trendy and located in Rio's most exclusive neighborhoods, Barra de Tijuca. If you are looking to chill out in a trendy environment while gazing at some of Rio's hottest locals, Barra do Pepe beach is for you.

| Copacabana Beach |
Copacabana Beach is a 2 mile stretch of white sand. It gets packed on the weekends, but its not known to be a party beach as much as Ipanema and Pepe. Most of the hotels in Rio are located in Copacabana, so you will find more tourists and families at this beach. |
