Thursday - Arrive in Rio de Janeiro in the morning. Check into your hotel. Free day to go to the beach, shop, etc. At 11:00 PM, Guide will pick you up to go to one of Rio's Hottest Clubs.
Friday - From 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, your 1/2 Day City Tour is planned for Corcovado (Christ Statue). At 11:00 PM, Guide will pick you up to go to one of Rio's Hottest Clubs.

The tour proceeds to the Urca picturesque neighborhood, to take a cable car the top of Urca Hill (224m), and then a second one to the top of the famous Pão de Açucar-Sugar Loaf (395m). After picking you up at your hotel, the tour will continue to the Cosme Velho station to catch the cog train (tickets are inlcuded) for a journey through the dense Atlantic Rain Forest of Tijuca, to the Christ Statue on Corcovado mountain. The guide has between 40 and 60 minutes to you show the wonderful sights of Rio before the return journey by train to the coach. The tour continues to São Conrado and Pepino Beach where the hand-gliders land and, by noon, the passengers are returned to their respective hotels.

Soccer Game at Maracana Stadium Type: Adventure Price: $59.00 Minimum: 1 person
You don't need to be a soccer/football fanatic to enjoy a game at Maracana. This is the largest soccer stadium in the world that was built for the 1950 World Cup. Having a local number in Rio de Janeiro is essential. If there is any emergency or question, you can contact your local TGW contact any time or give that number to your friends & family in the US for them to contact you. International roaming rates can be from 2 - 4 dollars per minute, so this is definitely a less expensive option. It's also a good way for the Brazilian friends you meet on the trip to contact you while in Rio de Janeiro. Cell phone includes the cell phone, charger, & all incoming calls free. You will need to purchase a phone card to add minutes to your phone while in Brazil for your outgoing calls.
