Why Salvador, Bahia for Carnival???

Carnival in Bahia is the best in Brazil. Over a million people hit the streets to celebrate the biggest party in the world. People from all over Brazil travel to Bahia for Carnival. Carnival in Rio is more touristy as apposed to Carnival in Bahia, which is more authentic and local. Bahia is also safer.
