About Ibiza, Spain
Ibiza is the smallest Balearic island off the coast of Spain and the summer party capital of the world. Ibiza is not only known for its non-stop party scene, but also for its amazing weather (80 - 90 degrees in the summer, sunny days, little rainfall), incredible beaches (golden sand, crystal clear water, hot eye candy), and friendly/beautiful people (tourists from all over the world!).
The 3 main towns in Ibiza are Ibiza Town (capital), San Antonio & Santa Eulalia.
- Ibiza Town is the where some of the hottest clubs in Ibiza are located. It has 3 main beaches - Playa d'en Bossa, Figueretes, & Talamanca - within walking distance.
- San Antonio is not recommended to stay. It's a bit trashy and full of young club kids from the UK.
- Santa Eulalia is Ibiza's 3rd largest town and most popular with couples and families.

Non-Stop Party Scene:
The Ibiza nightlife has been going strong for more than 40 years. In the 1960's the island was more of a haven for hippies and artists. The international Jet-Set discovered the island and saw it as the perfect place to throw huge extravagant parties. Tourism began to grow at an incredible pace and the club scene started in the early 1980's. In the 80's & 90's, Ibiza was known as a 24-hour party as mega-clubs and techno-crazed party goers took over the island. Unlike the 80's and 90's, when Ibiza was highly criticized for its drug scene and "wrong crowd", today, Ibiza is "chique" again. Still considered as the party capital of the world, the crowds of tourists on the island are more sophisticated, hip, rich, young, and beautiful. Learn more about the Ibiza Nightlife |
